INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF DRILLING AND BLASTING OPERATIONS AT THE LOWER LEVEL OF QUARRIES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TECHNICAL, GEOLOGICAL AND ENERGY PARAMETERS
Abstract
The article considers the key factors determining the choice of drilling equipment and the organization of drilling and blasting operations (DBO) at the lower levels of quarries. A methodology for calculating the productivity of drilling rigs is presented, taking into account the geomechanical properties of the massif, the degree of tool wear and energy characteristics of drilling. A system for calculating the parameters of wells and charges is proposed, taking into account the specific energy intensity of destruction, as well as the relationship between the technological cycle of drilling and the organization of excavation equipment. Recommendations are developed for the rational determination of the number of drilling rigs, their reservation and optimization of interaction in the technological chain.
