Abstract

This article analyzes multicomponent particles of pollutants coming from the external and internal media of the hydraulic system into the working fluid and causing abrasive wear in the rods and seals of hydraulic cylinders. At the same time, a study of properties was carried out based on modeling changes in the state of concentration of polluting particles in the working fluid. The article provides a comparative analysis of the results of optimization of the properties of the working fluid based on the proposed technical solutions.
