MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF DETERMINING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF AN EXCAVATOR WHEN MINING INCLINED BENCHMARKS OF COAL MINES WHEN WORKING WITH MOBILE COMPLEXES
Abstract
This article provides a method for determining the operating time and productivity of an excavator when developing an inclined ramp in coal mines. The calculation of the working time of the exit bench was made and the average operational productivity of the excavator was determined in the conditions of the Angren coal mine. A technological scheme for mining benches using longitudinal stopes of a mobile excavator-crushing complex with a lateral location of the face conveyor and the presence of a mobile inter-bench loader with sequential mining operations on two horizons is considered. Based on this technological scheme, a method for determining the full operating cycle of the complex is recommended. A mathematical model has been developed for determining the area of the excavator scooping segment. The dependence of the excavator bucket filling coefficient on the face height for different chip thicknesses has been established.
