МАТЕМАТИЧЕСКОЕ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬНОСТИ ЭКСКАВАТОРА ПРИ ОТРАБОТКЕ НАКЛОННЫХ СЪЕЗДНЫХ УСТУПОВ УГОЛЬНЫХ РАЗРЕЗОВ ПРИ РАБОТЕ С МОБИЛЬНЫМИ КОМПЛЕКСАМИ

Аннотация

В данной статье представлена ​​методика определения времени работы и производительности экскаватора при разработке наклонных рамп на угольных шахтах. Произведен расчет времени работы выездного стенда и определена средняя эксплуатационная производительность экскаватора в условиях Ангренского угольного разреза. Рассмотрена технологическая схема отработки уступов с использованием продольных забоев мобильного экскаваторно-дробильного комплекса с боковым расположением забойного конвейера и наличием мобильного межуступного погрузчика с последовательными горными работами на двух горизонтах. На основе данной технологической схемы рекомендуется методика определения полного цикла работы комплекса. Разработана математическая модель определения площади черпающего сегмента экскаватора. Установлена ​​зависимость коэффициента заполнения ковша экскаватора от высоты забоя для различной толщины щепы.
