DETERMINATION OF THE OPTIMUM INDICATORS OF THE PERIODIC CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM THROUGH MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF RELOADING POINTS
Abstract
In this article, the relevance of the author's work and the state of mathematical modeling are highlighted. The construction of periodic continuous technologies (DUT) used in mines, the durability and reliability of conveyor belts were extensively analyzed by characterizing them with various overloads, dynamic effects, sudden changes in temperature, adhesion of rocks to the belt, and various mechanical effects. As a result, the main causes of belt breakage and tearing were found to be the operating mechanism of reloading hoppers. Based on this, we modeled the process of reloading hopper operation mechanism of periodic continuous technology by means of mathematical modeling using Ansys software. Research results on determining the optimal parameters of reloading hoppers are presented, the main factors affecting the integrity of the belt are studied, and the optimal deformation and tensile strength are determined.
